The 18-hole course loops around Fort Southwest Point, a replicated 1797 frontier fort and the only one in the state reconstructed on its original site. A mostly open course with some trees and hills with gorgeous views of Watts Bar Lake where the Tennessee and Clinch Rivers meet.
#8 is a signature hole that requires throwing across an inlet of the lake. Most are concrete but all are clearly marked, with a good start location below the Fort's museum & visitor center, that provides parking and restrooms.
