Let me introduce you to Carrie Owens. Carrie moved to Roane County recently and stopped in at The Roane Alliance – she wanted to get more involved. And she has – she is a new member of the Roane Chamber of Commerce and is now a guest blogger for the Roane Visitors Bureau. So welcome Carrie – and thank you!
While learning more about Roane County and enjoying what it has to offer, Carrie will be sharing her experiences on this blog. As someone who has grown up and lived here most of my life, I find we take many things for granted. It took moving away for me to realize that not every place was as beautiful or had a lake like Watts Bar, and that there truly is “no place like Roane.” I love hearing from others that they share my love of this place.
I hope everyone is as excited as I am to explore Roane County through Carrie’s eyes.
